DALTON & TOMICH CELEBRATES 5TH ANNIVERSARY!

On August 23, Dalton & Tomich marked its fifth anniversary. The last 5 years have been very eventful: we've grown the firm, relocated from the suburbs to a new office in downtown Detroit, and successfully represented a diverse group of clients both locally and across the country.

In honor of the occasion, we wanted to share some of our milestones and accomplishments during our first 5 years in business. We thank you for your support over the last 5 years and we look forward to many more!

DAN DALTON RECIEVES PRESTIGIOUS AWARD FOR RELIGIOUS LAND USE WORK

On July 5, Dan Dalton was awarded the Alliance Defending Freedom's Silver Service Award for providing more than 5,000 hours of pro bono legal services to religious institutions nationwide.

DALTON & TOMICH SECURES HUGE WIN IN SIXTH CIRCUIT

In April, our attorneys secured a major victory on behalf of our client, Planet Aid. The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously upheld a preliminary injunction issued in the Western District of Michigan, which barred the city of St. Johns, Michigan from enforcing an ordinance that prohibited donation bins in the city.
